The addition of a pinch of salt makes it a very refreshing drink that reminds us a little bit of a good Limoncello. If you like limoncello, this drink will definitely not disappoint. Anticipate an overwhelming refreshing burst of fruity flavors combined with umami. This sake can be enjoyed cold as an aperitif or a digestive, but is also very good for making cocktails.

It is brewed using locally grown Hattan Nishiki rice. It has reduced alcohol content compared to the other sake of Fujii Brewery, while still firmly retaining the taste of the koji and rice. It can be enjoyed across a wide range of temperatures, from chilled to hot.
